Located in the bustling capital city of Tokyo, India International School in Japan (IISJ) is a non-profit, co-educational secondary school affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education ( CBSE ) New Delhi India.

With a mission that seeks to educate and empower through knowledge, IISJ currently offers instruction in kindergarten through to secondary school. The curriculum is based on that of India's CBSE guidelines. The teaching staff is made up of certified, highly experienced teachers.

Thanks to its international surroundings, IISJ is in a unique position to offer an education that combines, literally, the best of all worlds. In recognition of that fact, the student enrollment at IISJ has been growing steadily since the school opened on August 15, 2004. However, class sizes are kept small so that students receive consistent, individual attention from teachers as they proceed from kindergarten through the upper grades.

Also, because IISJ follows the national curriculum set by the CBSE India, students relocating from (and eventually back to) India will not be disrupting their coursework. In fact, it will only be complemented by their unique opportunity to live and share in a thriving, cosmopolitan city.

Indeed, IISJ is a home away from home. Come and be a part of our family.
